VDM - Using your vehicle to ram other vehicles/make them explode ( cars ,trucks , helicopters , planes ,  etc. ) , drive over people which is not allowed even if you're in combat or out of it.

I don't know if that was ramming, I admit i tried to block them from passing me , if that counts as ramming , then I admit.  And If it was , I dearly apoligize for what I've done , hopefully we can do something about this incident which won't happen again . I'll be waiting for you verdict.. 

I did that , to stop them from passing me and getting me caught , I didn't know that you deleted my truck , it sounded like it exploded... I might be wrong , I did it 3 times each time they try to pass me.
