Obviously yes, but i also think there should be some sort of notification of rule changes or mabye in-game a pop up asking you to re-read the rules as they have changed , Personally i dont check the rules every day/week/month and i think it would become a chore to do so;looking for new rules...

Nah , i checked with Tampax as soon as i got banned and he told me the rule has been added recently and it was a reasonable excuse that i didnt know it @Crumble

Find the name of the rule breaker and go into the teamspeak and report him to a member of the staff team or if nobody was on i would save him name and report him later on when there was a member of staff that could deal with the situation @Drew

No i dont think it is acceptable to break a rule in order to stop someone breaking a rule

Report them via the forums or hop on TS and tell a member of staff.

I broke 2 rules;the RDM rule as there was no form of initiation ,and also i killed in a Greenzone which is like a safe haven from hassle like being robbed or killed and i shouldn't have shot him in there.
