Turns out the person who shot him out of the heli did warn him apparently, and he did see his name, just didn't have any reason to report him, since we weren't sure it's the same guy from before. My bad for getting that wrong.

Update: The friend who had the helicopter stolen found it (checked by locking and unlocking it) and got in. Tried to take off and was shot out.
