When I voted I honestly did it partly for the perks as I was low on cash whilst in the police. However I did also believe I was here long enough that I should contribute back to the community. I also believe everyone should contribute back at least once whilst here just out of common courtesy.

I would advice getting a gang post if you don't have one already, my main price of advice would be get yourselves known and respected in the community. Try going around the server and start some great RP. Also try start some mini events in game to get people to recognise you.
