    I was stopped by the police yesterday on the highway go from Kavala to Agios in my ARAC pickup. He stopped me for driving to slow i was doing around 80/90kph ive had a look at



    Under Road traffic act 1988

    There no law for driving under the speed limit.

    I agree if i was doing like 0/60kph but 80/90 kph on 110kph tops in some places and they could overtake me at anytime. lol I'm guessing he having a bad day lol.

    Driving abnormally slowly is an offence under Section 3 of the Road Traffic Act.

    Careless, and inconsiderate, driving.

    If a person drives a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road or other public place without due care and attention, or without reasonable consideration for other persons using the road or place, he is guilty of an offence.

    However it's unlikely that your stated speeds should have resulted in a ticket, but that is up to the officers discretion.

    yep you are right it is down to the officers discretion like on the main land thanks for the information i will try to keep up my speed.
