    @CSI Joseph Tadworth firstly lets speak about the salt export.. i owner two of the most imp locations in that area for salt runs.. lets just say i dont anymore..

    the fact that upgrades are now required, buyers will be forced to purchase the spawn point if they are buying the house for drug runs, which means the seller will have to lower the price because the buyer will use the fact that he has to a mill of two just to get a spawn point.. which is bad

    i have a question, do the upgrades pass on from buyer to buyer?

    has to spend a mill and more^^

    Currently... no. Upgrades do not pass from owner to owner. At the point you sell back the house to the government, a small fleet of builders rushes in, and rips out all of your cupboards, cameras and suchlike.

    Whether this remains in the future, is a matter of discussion between devs and designers. Watch this space.

    @TinyBigJacko ahh okay, well i guess ill have to barter and haggle more now XD the beauty of real estate..  i will put up the suggestion perhaps it'll give me hopes of having it pass on. All in all beautiful work on the update but you really hit me in the keister with that upgrades thing.

    i wouldn't format i would reset then you can choose what apps you want to keep, if you format your HDD you will loose window's etc and have to re-buy it if you dont know your windows key

    @Soapy i formatted it from windows itself :p windows 10 gives you the option to format your pc 100% and installs windows back for you once its done formatting the pc :D its a pretty awesome thing they added.
