On the subject of the scrap dealer, as much as you present quite an extreme case of abandoned vehicles, it has been rather nice to be able to drive somewhere and then get out of my vehicle without losing it and having to rebuy vehicles constantly. I feel like from a realism perspective you would be able to park your car in a town centre without having to worry about it getting nicked immediately so I do quite like that. Cops do generally impound the ones that block roads as well so it doesn't tend to be quite this bad.
I'm sure it will return eventually but I must say I have quite enjoyed it's absence.
