We've taken a part of the land and are currently in a uneasy ceasefire situation, one that can change any moment. (It doesn't make sense for people to expect us to instantly be the opposing faction to the police, even if it is a logical thing in the end, you have to realize we do not have any assets except a base and a FOB. How can we determine what our relations to the police are, if we don't know how things will be when the map edits are done? We can't set a approach on how police deal with drug traders because there is none in our land, we can't set a border protocol for example taxing, if there is nothing to do to tax people for). Our purpose is to provide some new, unique roleplay to the community, which we try very hard to do and based on feedback we have had, things are going in the right way.
Thing is Zippey, people think they really want us to be some sort of anti-everyone group who fights police, or gangs, or both. But when the fighting starts, the complaints start, the issues start rising.. Which I'd like to avoid. You want us to invade Altis and declare war on the police? I kindly ask to remember what happened last time.. UNMC vs Rebels, rebels working with police against UNMC, lots of complaints, lots of issues, then police deciding to work with UNMC, even more issues, then a complete ban on interaction between the two sides and UNMC locked in their lands.. you get the drill.. More issues.
I am happy with where we are at the moment, we have had good, interesting roleplay with the police. That is what this server is about. I don't care if people think it doesn't make sense because it contradicts the standard approach of the Altis Life mod of ''Cop vs Rebel''. I am here to enjoy myself, to roleplay with people, to make this place more interesting for everyone. And there are LOTS more ways for achieving that than to set us out agains the police.. I am kind of disappointed you'd instantly question the purpose of a whitelisted rebel unit if it isn't fighting the cops..

If so.. what's the purpose of the UNMC then? If correctly didn't you "invade" altis?
