Can you try another cable to the monitor ?

e.g. hdmi -> dvi ?

@lionelYeah, first thing I did,  It's fine until I play a game. I've gone back to the previous drivers (someone more knowledgeable than me suggested it) so hopefully fingers crossed it's the same thing as @SPC Eclipseand this fixes it.

have you tried forcing Vsync via the drivers ?
