I'm missing 2 achievements still, but i'm guessing Wilco is busy and hasnt had a chance to implement all the rule things yet.

Some of the achievement rules are complex... like this one for example cardoso is trying to get (isn't set-up yet)
We will get there hopefully this weekend i can bash quite a few easy to achieve ones out then start planning for extremely rare ones.

Well the main servers can be found on game tracker, the exile won't be there i think because it has a different scanning port or not added.
We don't use game tracker nowadays, we know exactly where we are.
