When I look up TimeOut it just tells me it is some sort ot Tattoo Magazine. The thing is I want a very realistic Tattoo Studio I am not a fan of this "old 80's Tattoo Style" and it's hard to find someone like that. I saved enough money to pay a decent Tattoo Artist so I obviously want one of the good ones to do it for me. (This also means I decline your offer haha sorry Kaden!)

can you tell me anything about this Shop e.g. City?

I sadly don't know anything about the City anymore but I know that they had one particular person there who was very very good at realistic Tattoos and it was looking quite modern but still a  bit .. edgy? And that also some Celebs apparently went there too. I am so frustrated that I can not remember this anymore!!!! 

Um where did you see this artist?

I could do some research 

It was on DMAX it was a documentary about Europes best Tattoo Artists.

(And please do not cry yes UK is in Europe)
