You must be the first ever to get a 30 day ban then.. But I still stand at my point, you have been banned before, two of your appeals got denied, nothing in those appeals says anything about a 30 day ban. So if I was to stick my money on it, I'd bet you won't be back in 30 days. But time will teach us.

The ban is permanent. You were unbanned on the condition that you DIDN'T carry a weapon for 30 days, starting from the day of your unban. You DID carry a weapon, so you were perm-banned for it.
