I mean, you don't need a 'team' specifically there for fighting bullying. It's in the server rules is it not? Therefore governed by the staff team.
Also, remember in a few years your voice will deepen anyways, I was 16 and still squeaky af. Now I'm 20, and sound relatively older than I should (according to some).

The less you draw attention to it yourself, the less you care, in turn, you won't be offended as much, just remember, being offended is subjective, not everyone will get offended by what offends you, so account for that. Regardless, just try to pick yourself up lad, and move forward.
