It does matter to me, because if it's something I've done and I haven't learned from or just genuinely haven't noticed I wanna be able to consciously prevent myself from creating the same mistake.

He means accept what the staff say and don't talk back to them (backchatting) and he has looked your steam ID up probably knowing Wilco and seeing you on other communities etc and if you continue breaking the rules than you won't have anymore appeals.
