The warning points as far as I know don't act as a 3 strikes and you're out. As long as you're not posting where you shouldn't be and aren't being stupid you should be fine

The warning points are basically just used for suspensions, unless they are given permanently. Some members have had > 8 of them, and still have access to the forums.
