To be honest to any rebel gang first of all.

- Cops will treat you as a rebel organization and wont treat you with specialty.

- Talk with the CSI'S on maybe making a agreement or contract, on what you can do.

- Officers can not ally with rebel gangs due to the fact of biased intention

- Try a more friendly approach instead of declaring war (NATO is mainly non aggressive) 

Just my opinion, but try a different RP instead of the same one that is always using, Corruption or bad government.

A idea if it helps you out @Ghost Spectre

- Try talking with a CSI on a contract deal and show good behavior towards officers in game.

- CSI'S most likely allow you to use 5.56's or around there depending on how its seen.

- Try to avoid any illegal activities or fighting cops. It wont help you.

@Lemmen I hate to think how much we as AEGIS lost to cops. That said, we got to keep our weapons out of rep sometimes. Fav moment has to be chasing down that police car that was nicked with all the guns inside.

@Zeito Hahahahah we had good times, it did suck to bow forward for the cops, but sometimes that's just how it goes. We tried the peaceful way, the agressive way, we went to the peaceful way at the end because it was more enjoyable for all parties

@Ponty First of all Greece is not controlled by the U.K. Greece is also a member. The NATO aid and assist against terrorism and the NATO is not the UN ( peacekeepers ) If the police cannot follow a simple guidance and act only what they want to do. Then there is no real organized police force. Most of the police top have no idea what is going on, but we do and most rebels and civs know what they do. know who is respectful and who don't even want to roleplay. put you in cars middle of a firefight. let rebels restrain you in front of 5 laughing police man. and the only thing i hear is . dont talk shit about the police or i will be pist

Notice all the UK flags around the island? That's because the UK government intervened and installed a policing structure after the civil war. Regardless your intentions seem clear.

As it seems that the police has the force on their side and willing to abuse the fact that they are over powered by simple role-play qualities which other wise would be considered power-gaming. Makes me sick to the stomach, if the police would be more strapped down by rules and laws it would make the experience of the server a lot better since there is not much you can do towards cops, they always have the upper hand in situations which to my eyes is unfair. I think Cobra has done a good job on explaining why the undercover cops would be considered over-powered. But it is not just the under cover cops.. Cops on this server do whatever they want without any consequences, and I think there need to be more rules and a more strict book which states what they cannot do and can do. Also there are a lot of cops whom are still active in gangs and do not help any other civilians who have something to do with their gang.. Also there is cops assisting gang members by giving them supplies, this should never be done as it makes those gangs have unfair advantages. 

I don't think I am the only player on this server that thinks about the police force at its current state likes this. I just can't be the only one, and probably the people that have no problem with the police force are most likely the people that are getting prioritized by ex gang members or they can't special permissions just because they are staff or friends. This CANNOT be the case.. in real life you cannot prioritize your friends or ex colleges, you have to obey the laws you are bound to and you have to life be the oath you once swore to follow.

As in the matter of The Ghost Squad, we have tried to begin something a little like the police it self but with other role-play perspectives. We wanted to make Altis a better place and give the harmless civilians a save environment to start within. We haven't been killing any cops, we have been assisting cops to make it a easier patrol for them, we helped out harmless civilians whom where takes hostage, we helped out civilians doing legal runs without asking any sort of protection money just because our laws told us to. We have tried to do our very best to be the good guys and fight criminal activity. And yes I know what the police are going to say, yes there was a case where one or two of our members did a illegal drug run and they got caught and tried to escape the consequences with out self-made documents. We have a system where our recruits have 2 warning points and by getting the second you will find yourself alone on the streets looking for a new job & new friends. We have issued these warning points to the gentlemen in question. This still is a game and people make choices which afterwards they do regret. 

We have only tried so hard to be something better, but we got no sympathy by the cops. (There are some cops that do like what we do and have nice role-play sessions with us, and  I appreciate those cops a lot). But we cannot fight two large groups of people, so if we can't come to a conclusion with the cops we will have to stop assisting them because we can't just fight two wars.

I have been on this server for two years now, and I think the cops where a lot better organized in the past, there was good role-play and no bullshit reasons just to give yourself the power to do something that would be otherwise considered power-gaming. And once again I am not blaming every cop on this server, because there is a lot of good and friendly and law obeying blue and black berries out there! But there is a lot of unfair role-play on their side.

I am really unhappy with how this situation between the cops and us has played it self, and I think their could be something to say about both sides.

@Ponty Good luck, as long you keep the forum out of the roleplay. I will treat everyone with respect in the game. i'm keeping doing that. even if you are here to hunt us down. But i can tell you that i don't give up that easy 

If you have a genuine concern about Undercover Officers, make a proper thread, rather than your opinion being lost in a status update.

An official statement was posted. You shall be treated as mentioned in that thread.

This status is making a mountain out of a molehill.

Spectre, only thing I'm using in Roleplay is the official post regarding you guys as a gang, other than that it's fair game and I hope you like restraints, because that's all you're going to feel after we are finished arresting you all.

Overall roleplay was better in the past - it works both ways. Roleplay got very aggressive and I would love to see some old class banter. The police has changed - in my opinion - in a better and fair way then from the past. We came from a friend politic related command to a fair command who listens to everyone within the police, management and gangs.

You speak of our disorganization - but it all comes down to common sense and roleplay capabilities. There for we have a new young recruit scheme to focus on their qualities and an intensive training for CSO/PCSO. However we have so much restrictions that a lot of officers would probably won't come along with your opinion.

That is sympathy for your roleplay purposes, however I can't force everyone to like your roleplay purposes. We can set a course as police command and decided to let you guys earn more respect and sympathy among the police officers. This is not "bowing" down to us, it is making you responsible to spread your roleplay purposes. And like I said - not everyone wants to come along with that. Keep doing good things - people will notice it and eventually we might have a better future together. But you guys kind of shoved NATO through our mouth with a slight undertaste of "deal-with-it or face us". Perhaps not the best tactic - but I have done alot to take your roleplay stories seriously and even invited you to our board meeting. We sad what you have to do to gain our respect for you as a group.

Anyway - we are not everywhere - if you face FailRP or a police officers breaking our million restrictions feel free to put in a police complaint. We take complaints seriously - however if we don't hear them we can't fix it.

I keep up with doing what we where doing. Even if the police like @Ponty try to get us in jail! How ever i still stand for the high quality roleplay. as we are targets now i will keep our identity hide. 

PS: I did wrote a fair strong post as a response to your statement. This doest not mean you are not excluded from decent and quality roleplay (!). However - I have to draw a line when I see a post like this. It is written completely on roleplay purposes. Do with the post what you want to do with it.

But I want to say that the post is by all means not a war declaration. It is up to you guys now how you want to face the future. We will respond ins both positive or negative way depending on what you guys decide.

@CSI Xsum Noted and fair enough. We are NATO not armed rebels. now it is time to show. However i'm not going to kill police if we don't need to and we are not going to search for trouble. Our purpose is still with the civs. And thanks for the reminder or the PCC. I do realize that not all cops are bad as i have seen pretty good roleplay and respected officers. how ever for does who think they can do what ever they want and for example restrain me in front of 5 laughing officers and put me in a car for 5 min does will be my target. Thank you guys for your answers and reactions. for now i like to see we stop it from here. and play the game. this is a challenge for us all and maybe this was needed.
