This disappoints me... cops should not respawn to attend the HM... they should drive to the HM or nearest police station and await transportation.

I will agree that it has to stop, however also understand why it is a problem. Personally I have been in the Police for over a year, and understand that if I get TOLD to go to a Operation in all shapes, then Roleplay will still come first. However many of the lower ranked Officers and some higher ups, thinks them not listening will ruin their chance of getting promoted. So this will only stop the time when everyone understand that RP comes before Operations, even from a higher ranked perspective. Plus if a higher ranked Officer does this, then there is a bigger problem than first shown.
