They know the score now. 

I don't see why people pinpoint the bad things when they don't know the full story and blame all bad things on rebels and think cops are the innocent ones.

The two gunfights which happened today was due to RDM from the cops side. No one ever see's it that way as a they are a whitelisted faction. Half of the gunfights we get into wouldn't happen if the cops would just comply with a simple order, but they never listen. 
Example, when a cop refused to speak to us and ran away and we had to threaten him to make him stop and there was 18 of us. He still never stopped. Carried on running resulted in him getting killed. Then we speak to @WhoisDanand he's fine and we are roleplaying well and he makes us a deal that we will leave and stop causing trouble. We made a deal and it was all good and fine. However out of no where, we get shot by a cop after making a deal with them. 
Cops complain about us, however there are many things we can pick out about them but we choose not to seems there is no point. 
Not to mention all the officers complain about us, then ask to join us on their holiday. I could write a lot more but I know I'll probably get banned or in trouble for expressing the way we feel. 
Also, it wouldn't be as bad if there were rebel gangs on the server, however there are very few. 
Not going to say anymore.

I tell you what if I see people running around in sports hatchbacks constantly coming up in the kill feed and then bragging about a 3 million bounty when I go into their TS room I know all that they are here for. Show me some good RP and I will shut my mouth. 

Well, the person that was bragging about a 3 million bounty, was a cop on his holiday. However, ok will do. We'll take this on the chin and improve. 

Funny thing is we actully roleplay with the police and majoirty of the time its them that cause the issue.

Well to me you are just Invictia mk 2. Prove me wrong and trust me I will be happy. If I get reports from multiple sources, not just police, I take notice and I will do something about it if I have to. I watched one of your guys killing 2 guys at the rebel outpost (dick move) tonight completely separate to all the other crap I watched. Same tag. Same RP bullets. 

I don't want to come across that I am defending Pavilion, but in fairness to them I think it's unreasonable that people seem to be accusing them of ONLY committing shit RP. I would be lying if I said there weren't times when I've wanted to rip my hair out in frustration at PAV, but at the same time I've had just as many times where I've had really good encounters with them. My advice to that gang would be to remember that not every encounter with the police has to end in hostility. Even last night when I agreed to drag race them in exchange for them to put their Ifrit away (which was great fun BTW) I was subtly threatened once or twice even though the deal was my idea, but aside from that it was great RP from the Pavilion guys who were there. Another example is when I was speaking to a bunch of PAV earlier that same night for having guns on their backs. I was speaking perfectly calmly to them when a particular individual runs up and starts shouting threats and abuse at me. It seems to me that there are one or two people who are pulling all of you down and it needs to be dealt with.

I find this status update funny , one of the reasons is because its pretty clear its gonna start a lot of shit. But im gonna put my side across as i play with Pavilion a lot.

1. Half of the gun fights occur because cops push for a gun fight.

e.g - Cops setting around rebels when they are just giving peaceful RP when they have a gun on there back and are giving good role play. / When ever they see some rebels with guns they instantly call down AR / NCA with Hunters etc and pray for a gun fight.

e.g - We have a RP roadblock where we question people have a chat and see how they are / what they are doing. We have no guys set up and are purely roleplaying people and taxing them too pass if needed. After a short while AR and a hunters all come down and set up instantly.

2. Gun fights also occur when cops try too take control of the situation instantly and not try and be peaceful. Most cops try too slap restraints on people before they start too talk too people. This is bad as for the guy in restraints its pretty much a lost cause.

3. I have had many opportunities where i have had very good RP with cops. Cops are as trigger happy as rebels to be honest. (I was a cop for a year , so yes i can say this statement). Most people like a nice fight here and there and certain cops love a fight.... Hop on squad for bank ops.

4. People only cry when they loose. If we had fights with cops 24/7 and cops always win , they would not be complaining , most people only complain / get salty when they loose. People need too stop crying when they loose , in the end its not the rebels fault if cops are not good enough in fights.

5. Cops should be more willing too negotiate. I have had situations where we have had a SI / 3 DSGTs and were only offered 400k. Like come on , if we ask for 10 carrier rigs , then give them too us. It stops a gun fight as well as getting your cops home safe.

6. Its a game , were all here too have fun. Stop crying about a small gun fight. If you don't want a fight , just don't attend. I know a few cops that choose RP over gun fights and they choose too stay in Kavala RPing with people rather than attending operations like bank ops. If you are not happy with a gang causing gun fights , just don't go. Send one negotiator , too a hostage op. You don't need the whole police force there. If rules are set at hostage ops don't be cocky and break them.

Were all here for fun , so everyone needs too chill and stop crying about every little thing.
