Why do you think you were banned: Back in late 2020, I was banned for exploiting a mechanic that allowed a player to be carried through the jail gate to escape. At the time, another player suggested it, and I made the wrong decision to go along with it, even though I knew it was against the rules. I was tired, it was the middle of the night, and I hadn't slept all day and I was a silly but I recognize now that none of that excuses what I did. I should have respected the server and the roleplay experience.
Why should we unban you: I haven’t played GTA RP in about 4 years and haven’t seriously touched PC gaming in over 3 years. Recently, I got a new gaming PC and wanted to check out the GTA RP scene again, to see how the community has evolved. When I went to join the server, I realized I was still banned.
Out of curiosity, I searched the forums and found my old ban appeal from 2020. Reading it now I’ll be honest it wasn’t well written and didn’t really reflect growth or understanding. It came across as rushed and immature, and I didn’t do a good job of owning up to what I did or showing how I’ve changed.
Now that I’m 21 years old, I’ve grown a lot since those days. I’m not the same person I was in 2020. Back then, I treated the server like a game now I understand it’s a community. I get how much time and passion goes into running an RP server, and I respect that fully.
I'm not asking for a free pass I'm asking for a second chance to rejoin the community with a better mindset. I’m genuinely interested in roleplaying, contributing to stories, following the rules, and being part of something creative and immersive. I want to come back and do things right this time.
Back when I played, I had a character, vehicles, a house things I earned through real time and effort. But more than the items, what I miss is the RP experience and the community aspect that makes it all come alive I miss my scouse buddies in the game including Mick who sold me an Audi RS6.
I know I messed up in the past, but I’ve had a lot of time away from the game to reflect and grow. I’d really appreciate the chance to come back and prove that I can be a positive, rule-abiding member of the server.
