Exclusion system change
In the past "self excluding" yourself from the casino made it so that you could not gamble but you may still enter the building and also use the bar for bevs; this was great as people who are self excluded could still enter the building to use the cashpoint, buy stuff from the bar, and most of all enjoy watching their friends suffer at the slots and Black Jack Tables (disregarding what ever the reason they chose to self exclude).
NOW if you are "self excluded" you can not use the cash point, bar, or even enter the building this has caused many inconveniences for example:
- Any events on the casino roof you need access to the elevator inside the building (as this was a previous issue the only work around is to have a helicopter, land on the road and bring people up 3 at a time)
- Accessing the VIP Penthouse (you can't since you cant enter the building)
The history behind this change

Horse racing was introduced, people were being mouthy to casino staff and owners (casino staff told them to leave but people refused often shouting "what are you going to do to me as im already self excluded"
- INSTEAD of roleplaying by using G6 or police to trespass people and get them removed from the building, over night a change was swiftly made to the server which made it so if you are self excluded you cannot enter the building (giving casino staff authority via forcing exclusion of those who were disrespectful blocking access to the building)
A PROBLEM:
When self excluding, the message while self excluding has not been updated to tell you that you MAY NOT enter the building if you confirm your self exclusion.. I any probably many others more than likely would of not self excluded knowing this key information (as personally I still want to be able to enter the building with friends even if its just to watch).
My main issue is that in RP right now I and probably others find them selves in a very shitty situation where EVERYONE you hangout with are at the casino (gambling or just watching each other gambling) while your stuck OUTSIDE until they come out which could last 5mins to hours of waiting
The change proposed
Revert Self exclusion to allow yourself to still enter the building, to use the bar and cashpoint and to not be stuck outside while everyone your with are inside the casino.
Add a Casino Ban which stops you from entering the building completely (either self inflicted or done via Casino staff/owners)
It only makes sense to do this and it fixes issues when self excluded while events are being hosted on the casinos premises, while also making it so if your banned from the casino your banned from any events (AS YOUR BANNED)
OR JUST UNEXCLUDE ME SINCE IVE ROLEPLAYED ALL I POSSIBLE AVENUES TO GET "UNSELF" EXCLUDED. finding my self stuck in the same situation, as no one with the powers to do so ever logs on to their casino characters
