Please (in detail) describe the incident: On 03/03/2025, Pablo left the Marabunta F6 and handed over his gang clothing in RP, which we have a detailed clip of.

However, almost a month later at 30/03/2025 he posed up for a rather nice photo wearing the Marabunta mask, including people in a lot of other gang masks. https://i.gyazo.com/f4c0dcba6c72f933fccd518fce986ca3.png

I don't mind the picture at all, but Pablo should not have any of the Marabunta clothing. He has saved at least the mask in his wardrobe. When I asked Pablo about it in DM's, he claimed he used a /me message in his own private house before getting his clothing taken off him to stash a extra mask in his "oven". This /me was done in private, and he did not give any indication towards us in RP that something like this had happened, removing any opportunity for us to respond to it, or to discover this alleged stash.

In my eyes this is Powergaming as he:

- Used a /me command in complete privacy to "stash" a mask.
- It has given him a unfair advantage by allowing him to keep his former gang clothing when he has passed on the clothing in RP.
- He has abused the fact that we as a gang cannot search his private wardrobe, as the clothing is not an actual item we can physically take, but we can only do as much as we can by handing them over in RP, which I believe we have done correctly.

In our DM's, Pablo claimed he wouldn't use the clothing, but my issue here is that he HAS the clothing. I didn't want to bring this to a report, but me and Pablo could not come to a conclusion in our DM's.

Alright Isak mush, TBH mate I'm genuinely giggling at this as to how seriously you are taking this. Number 1 - This 100% could have been explored further in RP. Any one of the Marabunda members could have taken the opportunity to search my house for any other clothes belonging to the gang that I have in my possession, and I would have made it obvious that I had the mask stashed in the oven. Number 2 - I stand by the fact that I did the /ME's on the day. If staff really do not believe that, I would be more then grateful for the logs to be checked on the day I left the tablet. Number 3 - How is it abuse of that fact? That's like a person who roleplays as police saying that they cant breathalyse someone because they haven't got a physical breathalyser and the person hasn't drank physical alcohol, therefore it cant be found. If you know me at all Isak you know I am more than capable of roleplaying situations out, and I know that you could have approached this in a different way. Number 4 - If you seriously think that ANYONE let alone I would indicate to a foreign gang that they have some of their clothes *IN SECRECY* you're not as intelligent as I thought you were. I seriously can't believe that you have brought this to a report.

Giggle as much as you want, I feel wronged, and I have reported it accordingly.

I don't think searching peoples houses looking for a mask is a common practice for people to do. It could have probably been explored further in RP, but the entire situation you have come up with is completely unrealistic to me. I might as well look in bushes, and under rocks for other clothing items you might have hidden?

Looking in someones HOUSE makes a lot more sense than looking in a bush isak. You know why you have put this report up. You are doing everything you can to makes sure that if i were to join hustlers i cant use the mask against you. Its obvious mate.

I used a bush as a example of how vague it is looking for a mask that shouldn't exist in the first place.

Its not because its "you". You are just the first person that have kept the clothing after they have been taken from them. It has nothing to do with Hustlers. It is as simple as that you have something that you are not supposed to have.

Having the mask used against us has happened in the past, and I was amazed and surprised at the same time. I had a chat with the person afterwards and I found it very interesting, and a enjoyable twist in our beef at that time. So I am not bothered at all it being used, but in this instance it shouldn't be used. If you understand me?

I do understand but i do not agree. as you said in your first point that you and i could not come to a conclusion, we could, it just wasnt one that you were happy with.

Your solution was to keep it, but never use it, from what I gathered in our DM's. What's the point in keeping it then? Collect them all?

Is the point in keeping it necessary? I'd like to hear what staff members have to say on this whole report in general please.

Firstly, I'd like to ask - @Pabs Do you have a clip of you stashing this Mara mask? It may help against your case here.

I'm all for the RP longevity of them trying to retrieve the mask back from you.
However, think of it logically - How are they to get into your house where you've stashed it?
Will you give them plenty of opportunities to take the mask from you, by wearing it around every so often? (If so, and they manage to grab you and do so, this would mean you delete it from your saved wardrobe, yes?)
Would you allow them to take you hostage, and allow them into the place you've stashed it in fear for your life?

You could say what I want to hear, but I'd like to hear what you actually think.

Hi Violet, thanks for the reply. I know it sounds a bit cliche but I did actually have a clip when i used to record full sessions, but they just took up to much space so i ended up deleting the majority of them. I have always been happy from the start to RP it out. If any of them approached me with the potential to continue the storyline i would accept it. For example after they saw the photo of me dressed up like molotov with the mara mask on, instead of reporting me i seriously think there was other ways to go about it. I would 100% be open to leaving the door open for rp, and building a storyline of marabunta trying to claim their mask back or do whatever they deem necessary. I would 100% allow them in to search my house if they took me hostage. As I said, I really think this could be roleplayed and not just flung on the forums. Thanks for your response.

I'm fairly certain it was the 3rd of march, within an hour before i left the F6 for marabunta.

Right, I've checked through your /me's as well as any /LOOC and /OOC from 03/03 and days prior to that as well.
We've not found anything relating to you storing a mask.

Whilst this could have been a fun avenue of RP to go down - You've no evidence, nor do we that you've stored this mask and hidden it.
Therefor you should not have this mask any longer.

I assume you still have access to this mask in your wardrobe, correct?

Are you positive? I'm 100% certain that i did the /me's. If it really isnt showing i will remove it but i dont understand how nothing has come up?

I am very positive, as our logs are quite extensive.
As explained, we even looked at /LOOC and /OOC to ensure you hadn't mistakenly did it in those.

Now, to continue on with the report.
I'm going to detail some options here, to resolve this;

I'm willing to give you a chance to remove this item of clothing - This will be done in one of our Discord Liaison Channels with a staff member present.

OR - Additionally, if @Isak would permit the potential avenue of RP to continue further;
Whereby, you continue to have the mask and be hunted down with fair chance for them to take it from you.
(If found not to be giving the chances / enough time during which you wear the mask, it may result in a ban. This also means you cannot keep it and sit on it for months in your wardrobe without wearing it.)

If neither of those are agreeable, we will continue on with the reported rule break.

I would like the clothing to be removed. I don't want to go down a line of RP, of something that shouldn't have existed in the first place.

If the /me's genuienly havent shown up on the 3/3, im happy to remove it but they definitely took place
