Remove Casino Wheel Spin Posts

When it's once it's not so bad but when it's 4+ times in a row it's excessive and causes unnecessary lag when browsing.

It doesn't cause anymore lag than a regular tweed from a normal person does

This is probably dependent on the viewer, but in my experience It does for me, and others have expressed the same opinion.

I have noticed a significant bandwidth draw from the FiveM Chromium Subprocess when viewing pictures on tweedle or gallery, (enough for another user of my home network to get a significant ping spike whilst simultaneously playing CS2 for example). I've throttled this to prevent this issue but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I woudn't recommend fully removing it from tweedle but adjusting it, as we do need to advertise the casino as it's a big influence on keeping the economy of the city in check.
And only seeing the text gets very quickly ignored, it's proven that when people see an image it stays on their mind a lot longer.

I've looked at the original .gif and it's currently at 29.94MiB

I've made a Widescreen version instead that's not showing as much and is currently at 9.25MiB (-20.69MiB)

Pro's:

- More people come to the casino then with the only text tweeds.
- Smaller gif means it takes up less space on tweedle.
- Less Lagg

Cons:

- You still see the casino adds (still less often them some shops that advertise every 20 min when open)
