Why should we unban you: I'll start this off with linking my previous appeal as more context and information can be grabbed from there

Hello to whichever staff member is reading this,
On the 21'th of January there had been a situation escalating between members of Southside and Grove Street which due to escalation aswell as interference with police officers lead to a couple of members (me included) attempting a capture of a police officer whom we believed had weapons in their possesion belonging to a member of Southside.

The situation needless to say did not go the way we had planned it out which lead to a shootout happening, one I took part in and evidently lead to the ban i am currently serving. More details of this can be found in my previous appeal, i'll try to refrain from repeating myself as much as possible, thus I have linked my previous appeal for whomever deals with this incase there are any details missing here that may already have been stated previously.

Now as the situation escalated from what was supposed to be a kidnapping into a shootout I got the call through radio that there had been an officer gunned down already as a result of him trying to escape the area whilst being at gunpoint by multiple Southside members (not sure if logs can trace this far back but information about this is available through both my prev appeal and the report). Due to this in my mind the situation had led to a gunfight with police and I quickly followed up with shooting the other officer whom I knew was on site, this one also happened to be the one we believed possesed the said firearms we were after. After the area outside had been cleared by us ensuring we would take no fire from the back we broke in through the doubledoors at the garage site outside pillbox and went in to grab the officer before making our swift escape to a dodgy doctor.

Fast fowarding a tad we managed to secure our firearms back from the officer who had them and then shipped him off to the Lost MC as they had outstanding matters they wanted to resolve with said officer.

Now onto the point as to why I belive I should be unbanned, in my previous appeal I linked a numberous of other reports where simular actions were made by either police or criminals, where a situation escalated into what seemed like a firefight and other members of either side acted upon it and continued the shooting, all of these were denied, yet mine was accepted even though I was not the one who started the shootout in the first place. Now as argued by C_Date in my previous appeal it was placed due to the lack of roleplay overall before the shootout started, something which I agree with, yet as I see it I was not the one who decided to start shooting before the said roleplay had been provided, the shootout had already begun.

Ofcourse not every situation has to lead to a shootout because of one person being shot, this is something which I have gotten a better view upon through the discussions made in my last appeal and is definately something I will keep with me moving forward. Unfortunately this was not something I had in mind back then, and I am sure majority of people never think this way either, something which a lof of reports made regarding simular situations can speak for, once shooting starts 9/10 times it continues.

I know I am more capable of providing good quality RP and people I have met and roleplayed with have never reached out in a way that would make me belive otherwise, and I would like to continue doing just that aswell. Create unique and fun scenarios for people I run into whilst playing the server and make sure we all enjoy our stay as much as possible. Granted in the situation that lead to this outcome that was not the case, something I have expressed my regret for both directly to the officer involved aswell as those who dealt with the situation.

There is one other matter at hand I would like to bring up and that is an apology to Jessie whom gave me a golden opportunity to prove myself after unbanning me following my previous ban, something which did not hold up for very long. But I hope that both her and whomever else takes a look at this can see that this situation was just a slip up and not meant to be a lack of RP, I simply followed the situation as it had unfolded the same way people have done for a long period of time without processing it further, something which I will make sure I don't do again but rather try to process things further before following the heard.

I appreciate the time and effort you've put into this appeal, as you have your previous ones.
However, how much more voluntary staff time are you going to take up on these appeals I wonder?
Which leads me to ponder the question; Are you here for RP?
What quality RP have you provided to this community, and can continue to provide to others?

You mentioned you 'slipped up' this time, after receiving a golden chance from Jessie. How many more slip ups will it take for you to adhere to the rules?

Hello Violet, thank you for taking your time looking into my appeal.
I am good thank you, I hope everything is well with you also.

It's both my hope and goal that this will be the last time I am seen in this section of the forums as I do not aim to take any unessesary time from the staff with matters that I believe doesn't have to reach the length they have, unfortunately I cannot wrong those mistakes and at the end of the day I have no one else to blame but myself for landing myself here. My intention with playing on this server is and always have been to provide and take part of unique and fun RP scenarios, which I have done many times before. And I am certain that people within the community, staff or not, have been witness to this on more than one occasion.

I have within my time on the server took part in many scenarios within the gang scene of things as that's where I have spent the majority of time time, both within higher ranks in gangs where I have dealt with things such as gun running, drug dealing as well as recruitment and outstanding matters that involve other gangs and groups, and in lower ones where the RP has been kept more "in-house" as it would mean following hierarchy in a different way than when you take part leading so to say. Now whether this is the route I would like to continue or not I cannot say, I feel like with the amount of time I have spent within gangs specifically it has grown a bit stale on me and I would rather at least for a start branch out and see what other ways of RP I could pursue on the criminal side of things that doesn't involve being in a gang. In addition to this I have once tried applying for the police which I got accepted into but through training realized it wasn't for me, thus I kind of left it at that. I did apply for NHS which was accepted for an interview, something I unfortunately never followed up on as it was my intention to do so in the company of others, so it kind of fell into nothing aswell. Though this is still something I believe could be a good way of branching out into different ways of RP aswell rather than just staying on the criminal side of things, whether it be in a gang or not.

The reason as to why I call it a "slip-up" is due to the fact that in my mind I simply followed RP the same way I have seen it done so many times before, once shots are fired it "continues" so to speak. This may be a naive way of viewing things as it does shorten the possibility of RP quite a lot, this is something that got highlitened to me by C_Date in my previous appeal as frankly, I had never seen things in that aspect before. I have since this gotten a bigger picture of where there are possibilities for further RP, something which I would make sure to apply wherever possible should I find myself in a similar scenario in the future. I have always corrected and "fixed things up" whenever I have done something wrong and will always continue to do so as it's never my intention to ruin any persons time on the server, but rather enhance it.

How many more 'slip ups' are we going to see until you understand the rules?
I'm seeing a recurring pattern from your involvement in gangs/ criminal activities within RP that leads you to being warned or banned.
I appreciate that you've given thought to joining a White Listed faction, but it seems too little too late.
You were already given a 'golden chance' from Jessie less than 6 months ago, and have indeed wasted it.

For these reasons, I am not confident that you are right to return just yet.
Therefor, I will be imposing a 3 month cool down until you can appeal again.
