Please Provide Full Details: I started with 100k I hit gus he took the money I did not receive the message so I logged to see I was the problem then I took another 100k after 30 minutes I hit gus the first time and took the money again without providing a text message.

I've reviewed the ticket you've opened regarding this issue. You were compensated for another bug you suffered however you're seeking compensation for £200,000 for Gus not sending the text after paying him twice. Do you have any additional evidence, such as a video, that shows you talking to Gus and asking them for the location as all you've provided is your bank history log withdrawing £200,000.

I have not got a clip of this but I have screenshot my text history I believe. I have not received any packages from the island as it was impossible.

The issue is more so it shows you did withdraw 200k total in cash via an ATM but that alone doesn't provide evidence it was used on Gus. I'll keep the request open and do some digging bear with me

After reviewing the evidence provided in the ticket and doing some further digging I was able to confirm you did in fact spend the money on Gus and didn't receive a message informing you of the location. This issue has since been fixed!

In the future make sure to get video evidence for compensations, not only does it make our life a lot easier but it prevents compensation requests getting declined if we are unable to confirm a loss of items or money through a bug.
