Why do you think you were banned: OOC information refers to me using my knowledge of the situation and using it to manipulate my in-game character this is true, I did do this and regrettably it has added to my ban. Random vehicle deathmatch naturally refers to me using the car to run people over (in this case the police officer). emergency building refers to me blocking and harassing Pill Box Hospital and I understand this disrupts the operations of the good people of the city. When I am downed refers to me and my actions when I am ''Downed'' in character I did not act like someone unconscious and thus this was in conjunction with the last act of my behaviour when I had been revived. I have read the rules and intensely read the ones related to my ban reasons. Another reason for my ban was my attitude towards the staff and insinuating that the gangs and police officers are given any advantage towards gameplay and roleplay, this, in turn, would mean that the roleplay.co.uk team are corrupt, which is certainly not true and I was just being an idiot who was trying to push buttons because I was in a group of friends and this was the motive of the day, I understand now that the ban is real and sever and if you don't abide by the rules you will be punished severely and swiftly, I also understand we were given a fair few warning and chance to stop misbehaving but continued to a point we had created a long list of charges against our names, everything we got up to that evening was not acceptable and this is now clear to me, I can only hope for another chance at the server to ensure I show the players and the staff I can be an excellent roleplay.
Why should we unban you: I miss the game, I had just started to get my taxi to a good standard and was excited to start saving up for a property next to the beach with more garage space and not in the middle of gangland, the plan then was to figure out a more lucrative money making method and continue from there. I understand the day in question was crazy and an awful lot of rule-breaking happened but before this day I was learning the ways of the server and enjoying my time within the server, I do promise not to break the rules any more and have revamped my knowledge on all of the regulations within the Roleplay.co.uk. If you decide to give me another chance I will cohere to all the rules and become a model roleplayer .
Why should we unban you: The first is the way I was with staff this is something I have addressed with myself and understand that it is a roleplay server and by acting in certain ways I am only harming the experience of myself and my fellow roleplayers, this doesn't create a peaceful and safe environment for everyone in evolved. This last remark is also true for the staff they are busy and don't have time to deal with my friends and me being so destructive to the staff experience and the other roleplayers' experience, I understand this now and will if given a chance to play the server again, I will 100000% make sure I do not do anything to upset the status quo of the server. I would also like to add I have played other servers (only a few) and the experience just isn't the same as it is on roleplay.co.uk, I even tried some Red Dead servers and this is the Magnus Opus it helps that im english so I can relate.

This is my first time being banned and im new to appealing bans for a server I am just trying to show you to the best of my ability that I understand you can't mess around because it disrupts the enjoyment of everyone else within the server, this is including both the players and the staff, I want to drive my taxi, save up for a beach house and roleplay any situation that might come in between.

I really really really wanna be a taxi man and sometimes I struggle to portray this in messages but I tried my hardest here I promise I have learnt my lesson and I would be happy to have a call with someone on Discord to explain my actions and show my remorse.

I understand this is my third attempt at being unbanned, but I will keep trying until I can prove myself for a second chance

No of course not, I honestly got caught up in the chaos that night and have been regretting it since, If you do decline the ban appeal I would wait for the cooldown time to expire and try again.

But there is no real excuse for the behaviour and the language used that day, I haven't been in contact with them lads since, I just want to be a taxi man, that's what I was doing before I got caught up with the chaos and iv tried so many other servers and just never had the same experience, I think any property being available to buy and being able to do up your taxi and other cars is what I miss the most.

But ultimately Id respect your decision and will continue to try and show why I deserve another chance

On Space Turtles I joined a gang for a little bit and would earn money through mining and doing gang activity, I didn't like the housing system over there tho I found it hard to grasp, going up to doors and seeing price and availability is much more immersive for me. I tried one of the more heavy gangland servers but that just made me miss roleplay.co.uk more as I don't think being heavy into gangs is for me. I crave a more quiet life, doing public service.

I really wanna be a taxi man, get my taxi level up to top rank, fully kit out my car and buy a property somewhere other than gangland, I miss picking up random clients and taking them where they going whilst listening to the story of the day. Once I have done taxing for a little while I could make another character and look at doing an NHS or G4S (or Gruppe Sechs, I can't quite remember).

Aye, I really do just wanna be a taxi man, earn cash and connect with other roleplayers.

Sorry for the late reply I was away from my PC last night

Q1. A much more mature attitude to roleplay and the ability to look at my actions and understand they were unacceptable, I can only apologise and show through my writings and hopefully roleplay that I will never act in such a manner again, but ultimately it is for you guys to give me that chance to prove I am a reformed roleplayer, I know its no excuse either but this was my very first server and I was still learning what was acceptable and not acceptable, I also am not in contact with any of the other lads I was playing with in RPUK.

Q2. On Space Turtles, I joined a biker gang, which went on to reform the lost MC, we did ride-outs and had prearranged fights and shootouts with another biker gang throughout the city, this became a reoccurring theme, and at times there were 25 people on each side, it got a bit wild and we all had to earn money and put it in a pot, which I believe eventually went towards a big clubhouse but id left by that point, I would tend to earn money at first by mining and refining the ore and then went on to sell locals cocaine that was produced within the gang, we had grind sessions where we would fill vans full of ore and then would take turns guarding it at the refinery, I rode a western iron bob that my mate gave me, but alas it wasn't for me in the end. Space Turtles was good fun I just ended up finding it very grindy being in a gang and just longed for my taxi route.

Q3. In all honestly I didn't play for too long it was absolute chaos and I felt kinda attacked just for being english, there were lots of Americans and they just didn't take well to me being British, they also had no NHS or Grupee Sech and the police were more into big car chases and long shoot outs, I can't for the life of me remember what this server was called but I just chalked it up to not being the roleplay experience I enjoyed, the mechanics and the public services (Police, NHS and Gruppe Sechs) is what I missed the most and this server was lacking in a lot of the organisation and role experience I had enjoyed whilst playing RPUK, they didn't even have a taxi rank.

In a nutshell, I will always respect the members of staff going forward because I have not only grown as a roleplayer but as a person and gained some empathy in understanding that everyone on RPUK deserves respect just like anyone else in this world, I appreciate the time taken to understand why I did what I did and to ensure I have reformed as a roleplayer if you have any more questions please let me know

Okay dokie let me share some of my role-play experiences but I'm going to leave out names as I don't think it's fair to drop names, I'll share one experience from each server (UKRP and Space Turtles) and I'm sorry it's so long I just don't know how to express my self in the short form.

Ropleay experienced one (Space Turtles) (when you discover the forum has text features)

Just an explanation of all the different role-play scenarios I was involved in whilst doing the gang stuff

I would log on and get in my van (a little shit box) and drove up to the mining spot, picked up my friend on the way (let's call him Kevin) we actually would press other gang members on the way I once got into a full-on bike/car/van pile up because we got pressed by the green gang (I'm sorry but I just can't remember there names ) I would shout at them repping my gang, I shout ''up the biker'' witch is a similar chant to my fav football team, once we got to the mining spot we would then mine the pay dirt and fill our vans to full, all the while giving the other gangs stress, this would often end up in fights and guns being shot, if and when we got the as full van we would drive over to the refinery where I and Kevin would refine out ore into a multitude of stuff that we would then sell around the map, in the ''evenings'' we would go hang out down by grove street at first, this was the beginning of that gang and I was just along for the ride, we would also go up into the mountains and grown weed whilst we all watched out for each others crops, Kevin was particularly good at spotting trouble, then we would go to the pier and sell the weed with us doing cops, we even went up to the observatory, they once was a massive bust at the observatory and i hid in a bush and was dying of laughter because the officer couldn't find me. then I took a lengthy break to concentrate on IRL things (like uni) and when I came back they were established and would give me cocaine to sell to people but I felt pretty overwhelmed by it all at that point so I stopped again, threw in a few big gang fights, there was full gang one with 25 people on each side this happened near the crossroads in the city centre and tbf it was an absolute spectacle. so just gang roleplay, I would pretend to be a gang banger, would press people, saying like ''yo fancy a ride?'' and then we would mess with them, get them to do things and steal their stuff like I once got a guy to walk off the building saying he thought he could fly, caught a guy fishing and shot him in his boat after I forced him to fish for me. all in all just your usual gang stuff.

Sorry that was a lot longer than expected i just started typing and didn't stop.

Ropleay experienced two (RPUK)

This is probably one of my fav experiences.

So I was taxiing about, doing my normal runs and I found myself up in Palteo Bay, there was a ping on the intercom of the phone, so I thought ye sure let go get him little did I know what would ensue, so I picked up this lad an obvious gang member, he got in and was like take me to the city so I set of calm and then book a fucking 4x4 truck came off the edge of the mountains (you know where the road goes out of Paletoe Bay and has the dirt ramps on the left and right) this guy called me ''unc'' and said if I got him to the city he would pay me well, all the whilst this 4x4 is trying to run me off the road, this guy was then shooting at the 4x4, it was probably the most exhilarating time, I did indeed get him to his destination and his mates all came up, I then made friends with this lad and would roleplay the taxi man version of jason statham and would pick him up again a few more times but there was no impromute escape mission, i would role play being the taxi man and would kinda act like a unc taxi man from that moment on, would give ''stella'' advice to all my clients, but tbf as I'm sure you know it was mainly just locals i picked up but i wpould always answer the taxi calls if it made sense too, and had a few custmours who would ring me, this is what i want again to be the local taxi man and just chat the most amount of shit to my clients whilst roleplaying getting them where they need to be.

As you can see I love to talk and just want to taxi again and RP my heart out as unc and RPUK is the best server for me to do this on

During the time of the rule breaks what was happening?

So an awful lot happened in that hour, it all started cos a lad we met got banned instantly, I can't remember what he got banned for we had just met him out of Pillbox but essentially some server friends and I got upperty with the mods about it and started acing all sort of ways, killing people with a vehicle, talking out of char, all sorts of random death matches and talking whilst down, this was what got one of the mods to bring me and I think three others up to the top of the tall buildings and ye I'm not gonna sugar coat it I went in on the mod, I wasn't very nice, I didn't use slurs or any irreversible profanity (just not who I am) but I did use all my chat shittery skills to be a dickhead with this mod and probably the second most vocal member of my party, I am sorry as I'm trying to show I was just inexperienced but alas it's no excuse and I won't don't it again.

If we're talking about the offences in question I would of course not have been so combatant and just listened, caught my L and got on with my day.

If we're talking about another chance at Playing RPUK, I would not get involved in situations that are becoming of me, like getting into arguments with staff or the police and I would just concentrate on myself, which in this case would be the Taxiing and buying that beachside house, I'd like to give use the experience iv gained from the other servers and channel that into RPUK, making my role-play situations better and ensuring a good and fun time for not only myself but the people in the city, I recon id also look at Grupee Sech or NHS within time.

I honestly have a completely different mindset on roleplay now and do just wanna be a Taxi man

Lets get down to the line here. Your behaviour was bad, your attitude was worse.

I will entertain an unban for your account on this occasion, but it will come with a permanent marker against your profile. That marker being against your attitude towards the staff team.

If you were to be unbanned, and receive another ban within 6 months, it will be a permanent ban. If at any time in the future, you approach the Dev/Staff team with an attitude like previously exhibited, you will be placed on a ban that will have no chance for appeal.

That is completely fair; actions have consequences, and it's not for you guys to trust me in full but for me to show why I deserve trust.

I completely agree with the decision and know my actions moving forward would never break the marker against my account. I have learnt my lesson and would not besmirch this second chance.
