Why do you think you were banned: Combat Logging (logging out when downed)
Why should we unban you: its been over a year and I feel as if I have learned my lesson and would like to come back to the server. its been a while since I combat logged but from what I recall I was killed by a group of people it was around 3-4 am and I was dead and still engaging in RP i think i was with one or 2 more people but as it was a while ago im finding it hard to remember what exactly happened i was down and also having computer issues and was angry with the situation and I logged out while I was down. iv since matured and learned to control my anger and over this time I have also learned to RP out situations better. iv been a member of the community since around 2020-2021 and it was the first time I have broken a rule. not using that as an excuse but I do believe it was wrong of me to do this as it ruins the experience for everybody involved. if I am allowed to join back into the server I guarantee I wouldn't break a rule again and will also have clipping software running so if there ever is an issue in the future I can report it instead of acting out of anger as I am a usually a serious role-player its just that one time I was angry and it was late I also was having computer issues and out of anger I had logged out. in the future i aim to create a different story line for my character and create fun scenes for everybody to enjoy. if you do allow me to come back I will make sure I roleplay to the best of my ability's and guarantee you wouldn't get a second report about me again

What was the reason you didn’t reach out via ooc or a ticket?
 
It was late, and during that time, I experienced RDM and VDM. I got frustrated and felt like people were taking advantage of me. I know I shouldn’t have reacted that way, and now I have video software to record anything like this happening again. Thank you for allowing me to explain
 
can you explain the procedure that you have to follow, should you need to disconnect whilst downed?

Just so you know which I didn’t want to put out there I’m dyslexic and struggle with writing things the appeals which were considered low quality actually took me a lot of time to do I did try my hardest but it was not upto the standards I even had to give my account to a friend to help me out at some point
 
You haven’t fully answered my questions, unless dyslexia is the reason for your previous immaturity?
 
That was my friend who was trying to help I told him to do what he wants as I was done trying because my best wasn’t good enough I do apologise for doing that but as you can see I was getting extremely stressed with having to write everything out as best as I could and still being told not good enough not you guys fault but it was just stressful for me to the point I had to go on discord and tell my friend what to write so he could help me put it into words would have been better if I could have had a voice chat but that option wasn’t available

So instead of trying to take ownership of your mistakes, you gave your account to your friend, who decided to make your situation, decisively worse.

Guaranteeing to not break a rule again is a bold statement. What makes you so confident, that if you were unbanned, you would be able to uphold that?
 
Because it was the first rule I’d broken in 3-4 years of constantly being on the server and after a year and a bit of trying to get back in I wouldn’t mess that up again also this time I have recording software which if I had before I know I wouldn’t have been banned due to what the other party had done to get me into that position in the first place and me giving my account to my friend was only because as I said before I struggle with writing because I am dyslexic even now I am using voice texting on my phone which I did not use prior anything I wrote was considered not good enough and it was taking me upto half an hour to an hour for each post only to be declined every time when tbh I couldn’t have done any better by myself. As I was struggling so much to write what had happened into words I ran out of patience and asked him to write what I was saying in better words. After we looked at other peoples ban appeals and tried to lean more towards how the people who were unbanned were writing things out and still got declined I ran out patience and told him to write whatever he wants. And the outcome of it was that.
 
If you are to be unbanned, your character will receive an inventory wipe and any further bans for ocmbat logging will come with a minimum 3 month cooldown.
