Please (in detail) describe the incident: One of our people got robbed by some guys. when we went out searching for them we recognized one of them at the PD going in with 3 pulled guns on his body / head we told him to drop is Pistol M19 and his bullets. which he then just dropped 1 bullets after the other one even after telling him he has to drop all of them and the gun first. which he didnt do as we told him to go out of the PD (more safe for us) cuz we wanted to go to a safe location for us to keep robbing him there after he was failing to comply. he started going out and then he kept running even tho there were 3 guns pointed at him where he then jumped / runned into the PD and started shooting at us (clearly in disadvantage) where he then died

Upon reviewing the evidence provided it's clear that ID:724 showed no regard for his life while having multiple guns pointed at him which puts him at an obvious disadvantage and is a clear violation of G2.4 - Value of Life.

Additionally, when asked to drop his gun instead of doing so he attempted to stall by dropping one bullet at a time. this kind of behavior is unacceptable and is considered trolling.
@Josh Deontay looking at your last ban appeal https://www.roleplay.co.uk/threads/unban-appeal-josh-deontay-gta-rp.423408/ I don't want to see you sliding back into this same pattern, let this report serve as a lesson.
