What best describes this incident: In the first clip, 2 grove went to pillbox to try and find a NHS worker to deal with there bleeding, whilst there a hustler decided to open fire without any sort of interaction/roleplay, In the second clip the same hustler was taken to dodgy doctor and whilst having 3 guns pointed at him + me behind him he decided to pull out a knife and try and stab me.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: In the first clip, I believe ID 565 was in violation of rule (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM), as he attacked 2 grove members at lower pillbox without any form of roleplay or interaction beforehand, He was taken qe for this incident where another grove member was in attendance @d3nnis. where he said that ID 565 joined the QE and said I'm going to get reported anyway then left then QE. In the second clip I believe ID 565 to be in rule violation (G2.4) Value of Life, As he had 3 guns pointed at him + another person behind him with a gun in his hand, and decided to pull out a knife whilst being told to put his hands back up and then try and stab me where he was met with the likely outcome of getting shot in the head, He was then brought to QE to discuss why he did that and he said that he never knew that there wasn't that many people around him with guns and thought he could try and escape and had the same I don't care attitude that he had in the QE after the first sit.

It’s me you’ve reported.

Before interacting with you and your mate at the hospital, I had been made aware there were multiple grove looking for hustlers in war cars, and that they were aggressively scouting looking for a fight.

At the hospital scenario, I approached a grove member with my knife out trying to get him to put his hands up. Another grove member (you? If that is your video) sprinted inside the building and the one I initially approached also began to run away. I noticed one of the members using something black in their hand which I believed to be a gun (looks like armour in your clip), so I started shooting at him to protect myself. I then had a short gunfight in the hospital with the two grove members leading to me being downed.

After this I allowed myself to be carried out and loaded into a car to continue the RP.

There were lots of messages in OOC about the scenario in the hospital being RDM, and I offered to go to QE to discuss when the roleplay concluded.

Instead, grove members like yourself used thinly veiled threats to report through ingame voice chat, saying things such as “we’ll take him to forum drive after this”
And other comments about how I “won’t be around for long”.

At the dodgy doctor I complied in handing over my gun and ammo, and after not realizing the number of grove around me, used one of the grove lowering their guns as a last ditch attempt to improve my chances of escape, by stabbing the nearest member.

After this I was shot, and was able to look around and saw that I was quite heavily outnumbered. I realised that it was quite NVL’y and sincerely apologised in the liaison. I asked what could be done to make this right, and was told in no uncertain terms that nothing whatsoever could be done and you were going to report me, which you sounded rather excited about.

With the ongoing beef between grove and hustlers, where Ramsay has frequently called me to tell me “it’s on sight” multiple times, I was not at all surprised that the grove members initially pulled guns rather than speaking to me.

I hold my hands up for the NVL that was poor judgement on my part after not fully taking in the scenario I found myself in.

I’ll have a look for any clips when I finish work but otherwise I won’t be commenting further unless asked by staff.

In the youtube clip, I do not see a knife in your hand as you approached my fellow grove member and you can't hear you say put your hands up but can hear you say other stuff (Not entirely sure what you said because of the sirens but it doesn't sound like "put your hands up" or anything along those lines.) You pull a gun out and start shooting without any high quality roleplay and this is why I deem it as RDM.

You did indeed drop your gun, ammo, armour and the cocaine on you. I do not have a clip of the QE if you do that would be great to put here however I can quote you that you continued to reiterate "apparent NVL" which makes me think that what you've said here is a lie.

We did not initially pull guns on you, In the youtube clip you can clearly see that they are being shot at then they pull there guns to defend themselves.

Do you have a clip of this because sometimes angles can differ POV's of items in hands.

I'm never excited to report anyone and I wouldn't off because we when you NVL'ed it didn't really change the course of roleplay and some people can make mistakes (Myself Included) , until i saw the clip at the pillbox hospital and heard about the QE about that situation where you joined and said "I'm going to get reported anyway" then left the QE which showed me a I don't care attitude and you've blatantly broke 2 rules in a space of 30 minutes and you just don't seem to care.

I had apologized for the NVL in the QE liaison and tried to explain my POV and the reasons I took the actions I did.

You either weren't party to, or are purposefully misremembering what was said prior to me leaving.

In fact it was a grove member that (don't know which one a lot of you sound alike) who said that I would be getting reported and that's that, who then left the QE. I then left shortly after.

To help you understand:

You focusing on the definitions on words seem like an attempt to turn this into a argument and deflect the report from it's original reason so I won't be responding further unless staff tell me to do so

I'm the provider of this clip, and as I've read correctly, you said, "I noticed one of the members using something black in their hand, which I believed to be a gun." Now, my question is: where did you see anything in his hands? (Timestamp around 2:05 minutes.)

You already shot before he even took something out. In my opinion, this is clearly RDM, and what you have said there is clearly an excuse to get yourself out of this RDM. Since he put on the body armor after you started shooting, I can hear you saying something like, "why are u running bro what the fuck" with your gun already pulled out and firing bullets into us while saying that. and or me it felt like you had no Intention to clear things up. Since you joined QE saying let me quote you. "Fuck it you'll report me anyways"

So for me its clear.

Again, you are misquoting me. I said that on my way OUT of the liason, after apologising and being told that there would be a report going up anyway. I didn't join and immediately leave saying that, it was only after a non-productive chat and being spoken to like a child that I said that on my way out.

my man. the guy u were talking on in QE before was an police officer and not grove. i think ur mixing something up i guess? when we joined QE u were talking to someone thats why we stayed quiet for a moment waiting till u guys finish.

I had spoken with @tulloch in QE before you/the rest arrived

What was happening between these 2 groups, prior to this situation?

Beforehand, We were actively out looking for hustlers however had no interaction with any that day, Hunter and Dennis were at pillbox trying to get Dennis a blood transfusion and had zero clue that there was a hustler right next to them.

Starting from the top

"You man are from grove? What the fuck" is what was said before opening fire into the hospital. Are we actually considering that as high quality roleplay now? In case you lot are wondering, the answers no. That is a piss poor attempt at getting some words out there, before escalating to violence. And that isn't how we do things here.

On to the scene at dodgy doctor. Yes he's outnumbered, yes he's outgunned, but he is complying in as much as he's given over his gear that was asked for. Was it stupid? yes. Is it a rulebreak, in this instance? I don't think so.
