Please (in detail) describe the incident: I logged in at the airport and seen Marabunta cars surrounding the entrance. Jess approached, said a couple of words and then I was shot with no high-quality roleplay.

I'm unable to have a longer clip as I had only just logged into the server and this, to me, is a blatant frag mentality where kills for their montages took priority.

There are no war rules in place and there is no KOS between our groups.

Good Evening Kilo I have just come across this report I presume it's me that you are reporting for rdm I find it quite difficult to see this is RDM with the current situation of the beef at the minute between Cutlass and Mara .Jess got information that you was at the airport he drove down and see for he's self Truth to be told Cutlass was there 1 Member pulled as gun out so jess shouted over radio. I didn't just shoot I was telling you to step out the car but you couldn't hear Obviously. you was at the Hanger getting ready to push getting your war cars and guns I did take this to QE to a solve the situation but I got hurtled with loads of OCC abuse + I find it funny how you made this report while still in RP situation Am I correct in saying that kilo ? This is my evidence of the OOC abuse.

Thank you for coming forward and informing me who was the one that began shooting, that is much appreciated.

I see a 5 second clip with no context? You didn't receive "loads of OOC abuse" and I do like the attempt to cherry pick a random clip instead of showing the entirety of the QE that we had and the things that you said.

I logged on to the server and got my car out from the hangar. No Cutlass member pulled their gun out prior to being shot with no high-quality roleplay. This, to me, was blatant RDM.

Also, I didn't make this report while in an RP situation. I had respawned and the situation had ended.

There was a lot of heat conversations going on in the QE at the time about poor rp. I just basically turn around and said if you are not happy with it report it There's no need for ooc abusive I have said my part I have come forward now I will let staff deal with this

That's not what you said and that's the reason you posted a 5 second clip out of context to try and manipulate those who will read this report and not post the entirety of the QE to hear what was actually said.

Sometimes you have to take a step back and think what you say before saying it it doesn't matter if it was 5 hours or 5 seconds context what's got said got said

But let's not get off track and sway the direction of the report. I believe I was RDM'd with no high-quality roleplay.

Well I do apologise if you feel that way but, my personal opinion you woke up at the wrong place at the wrong time, when one of your gang members are already drawn their weapon out And like I say with the current situation going on between Mara and Cutlass there would have been better role play provided If we wasn't beefing each other you wasn't exactly taking your dog out for a walk You was getting your war cars out and your guns

You claim my gang members had their guns drawn but they didn't. Jess said he had a clip that this was the case so if you can post that, please do so.

Just because two gangs are beefing, it doesn't mean you get to shoot with no roleplay provided.

Regardless of me taking a car out of public parking on the other side of the map from your turf, that doesn't justify you shooting me the way that you did.

I did ask Jess for a clip but unfortunately he Didn't clip it in time, I just got told on radio of the current situation going on, Of a cutlass member in the Hanger with a weapon.

By the time you log in here to something already going on by the look of it. We have less than 30 seconds of footage.

As for the OOC abuse claims. If you were so offended you would have raised it at the time and not taken the clip down.
