Why do you think you were banned: I was banned because I transferred items from one of my characters to another.
Why should we unban you: Before my ban, this was my first serious RP server (second GTA RP server in total). I was becoming quite comfortable with my RP and was beginning to improve the quality of my RP, even planning business ventures with others to increase RP for the whole city. I had two characters at the time; David Daniels and Joseph Reed (it has been over a year so I may have gotten the names wrong).

As part of my plan, I decided to use one character. My characters were family members on opposite sides of the law. My idea was that Joseph Reed, who came into the city to be a police officer (but was unemployed at this time), was planning to leave the city and decided that he would leave everything behind with his cousin David Daniels and start a new life elsewhere (this was meant to be a CK as I planned to delete the character). It completely crossed my mind that this would be against the rules, as I was driven to execute the turning point of a great RP storyline.

I apologise as I did not intend to break the rules. Since the time of my ban, I have continued to RP, improving in my quality of RP and awareness of RP rules. Seeing that this was my first offense, I believe it is evidence of my willingness to create quality RP within the bounds of the rules set. I am confident in my ability to maintain the rules as well as well as provide quality RP that can be a benefit to the city. I would be a pleasure to have my ban lifted and re-enter the city!

So your grand plan also breached G3.5 Character separation.

Can you quote C2.2, G2.9 and G3.5 then explain why we have these rules in place.

G2.9 - "Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method"
G3.5 - "Using information you have gained through the play of other characters to influence the course of roleplay, either directly or passing this information to a 3rd party to tell your character."
C2.2 - "Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations."

I understand that these rules are in place to secure the maintenance of high quality roleplay within the server. They ensure that every player can have an immersive and entertaining experience, and I regret that my actions went against them.

As I mentioned previously, this was my first experience on a serious roleplay server. I initially exercised caution to avoid breaking the rules and spoiling the roleplay experience for others. At the first sight of the abundance of rules, I was hesitant, concerned that I would ruin the experience for other. I eventually put my foot in the waters by joining the server, progressively building up my confidence. However my enthusiasm for storytelling led me to transgress these rules. I recognise that although my actions were unintentional, they disrupted the balance and fairness of the roleplay in the server.

I agree that it is fair to execute justice when one has violated rules put in place. That is why in this case, I appeal for mercy, considering the fact that this is my first offence, a misplaced step in my journey to develop enjoyable roleplay experiences for others. I learn through experience which got me so far. But where skills are initially improved, there are bound to be mistakes. And this is one in which I take full responsibility for.

Now you mentioned you didn't intend to break the rules but didn't it seem wrong to drop a substantial amount of money on the floor for your other character to collect?
