you are comparing the time stamps of two separate clips of two different lengths. Which makes no sense?

The reason for the callout "they're shooting, they're shooting" was for Hunter jumping out of the truck aiming at myself, meaning it's going to be a gunfight since he didn't jump out with his hands up.
In my point of view, you can see Hunter equip his pistol in the truck before any bullets were fired. Hunter aimed at me when he gets out of the truck, letting off 2/3 shots before I even begin to shoot myself. In the screenshot you provided, you can see Hunter out of the truck with the first bullet being shot, in the heat of the moment, Hunter wouldn't have been able to process what was going on around him because he's focused on pulling his gun and using it on myself. Hunter had every intention to start shooting regardless of who let the first shot off.
The outcome of this situation was going to be a gunfight regardless of whoever let off the first shot. Our goal in this situation was to stick you up, kidnap you, rob you and then provide further roleplay afterwards.
Everyone in the situation wasn't even aware of the first shot being shot, myself included. Why is this only being brought up so late? Could you also provide Hunters POV as staff requested above? I am keen to watch his POV. Thanks

To reiterate again this report is not being posted by hunter or any other members of the truck. It has been posted by me as I was killed unarmed and posing no threat.
Again, I want to say I am not here to discuss who shot first.
I wanted to know why I was killed - I had no weapon equipped and did not move. I was given no demands or opportunity to move I was simply shot for being on the truck.

This was not brought up by me. I was not here to query who shot first. But since the report is being mislead I have responded and provided the POV of NSC shooting first.
This is blatantly not true as you will see below, at 0:57 the comm from you is 'they are shooting'. Hunter is still getting out of the truck as seen below. He does not even have the ability to aim at anyone? He is out of the truck and you shout at 0:57 'they are shooting' when the only people shooting are NSC.

I was not given this opportunity. I was 8 vs 1 I would've complied.

So from what I remember we hadn't looked for dodgy that day so when we had the grove bodies it was a case of trying too locate the dodgy, while driving up to find the dodgy I can't say if any medical was given while driving but while at the dodgy I know we was giving medical & such even before I arrived as I was hearing the comms over radio.

Hi One Shot,
I received no RP, my body was scooped and transported to sandy airfield in total silence. I received no medical RP, my phone and radio was taken. I was then transported to dodgy where I died.
I will attach my POV, it is in two minute sections due to medal clipping constraints. But I have made sure to overlap them so there is no breaks.

This report has been out here for a bit so it's time we wrapped it up.
Getting into it, there's 1 member of Grove in collours and 2 individuals without markings doing bins, eventually they get surrounded by members of NSC whereafter they get shot.
The first shot flies by the unmarked person on the bintruck and beyond the shooting the only words that are given to Grove can't be considered high quality roleplay.
Now, it's pretty clear to me who shot first however first we delve into the topic of warrules:
KOS in Full colours on turf - The first shot flew by the UNMARKED person on the bintruck, there was no attempt at identifying the two individuals on the bintruck that were not in any visible collours.
There's plenty of people that do bin-runs in mixed groups, seeing 3 people whereof a single person in groupcollours doesn't mean the entire group doing bins is part of this group.
That's why you should be ROLEPLAYING to figure out what people you are dealing with, what we are seeing here is just straight up fragging, shoot first ask questions later.
After having discussed this with various members of the staff team we've reached the following verdict:
81219 (NSC) was the first to shoot from their vehicle, given that this happened outside of the "turf" of NSC and the people being shot didn't receive any roleplay at all this will be deemed as RDM.
Report Approved:
81219 - G1.2 - 1D ban in accordance with FBS
Let this be an example, do better. Roleplay.

Based on the footage provided, barely any roleplay is provided other than you talking between yourselves.
