Please (in detail) describe the incident: Well I would normally go into detail about this but honestly I am just shocked at the behaviour from two of the NSC. This is the worst NVL I have ever seen on the server.

For Context we found a couple of NSC and tried to dodgy them. Grove and NSC are at beef at the moment and we was going to hold them ransom and get some RP out of it but well this happened.

Yeah I'll admit now after reading the NVL rules over that the second situation there wasn't the best on my part.

My thinking was that they were driving around in all of my friends cars that they had already killed so I already knew what my fate was going to be, they made the mistake of not taking my gun off of me when they first picked me up and made me put my hands up. They drove me back to my turf and I had to stand on business. I do admit that the second time at the dodgy there were too many guns on me and I didn't fully understand what NVL was before this interaction.

I'll take full responsibility for breaking NVL in that second clip and I hope the guys involved aren't too upset by the whole situation, no hard feelings! I've learnt my lesson and it won't happen again.

Thank you for understanding. I would like to add if you didn't think the first one was NVL I suggest you talk to people and re read the rules as we have 5 guns pointed at you in the first clip with at least 10 other people outside. There is no way you was not outnumbered.

Its pretty clear too see that both players here broke NVL. NVL is a bit of a controversial one sometimes however this is quite clear cut in both cases.
