What best describes this incident: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (G7.3) Executions Executing another player must be realistic and be carried out with high quality roleplay. (C1.3) OOC Abuse Swearing at someone outside of roleplay with malicious intent, will not be tolerated.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had just arrived to bins as I helped a ( what seems to be a new player ) get a knife and was gonna teach him how to make money. When i arrive to bins I see that there is a guy there that looks similar to a guy on tweedle that has posted himself doing the middle finger pose beside incapacitated bodies which happened to be a tweedle post of a well respected guy that I know. So i approach the guy which tweedle name is "Pud Wulk" and ask him about his tweedle posts and eventually find out why he's doing it. After about 20 seconds after me saying what's up pud wulk. He then proceeds to punch me without any form of quality Roleplay. In my response I Of course hit him back. When i hit him back he whips out his switchblade and decides to down me after not even a minute of roleplay or interaction. They then quickly pull into scrapyard, takes my phone off me. and dumps me. He takes me to the dumping place after not even one minute of interaction. And after barely 30 seconds after I've been stabbed. In the clip provided you can hear him say "you know too much" So he dumps me because I apparently "know too much" when I knew exactly as much as anyone who can access to tweedle does. All I knew was his Outfit associated with his tweedle name "Pud wulk" and that he posts himself stabbing a well respected guy I know personally. I then asked him to come QE where he came off aggresive and immature. He started cussing and swearing at me asking if I'm "fucking stupid" when I approached his POV with respect and just open minded about it in general. He swears at me a second time after rejoining QE after some time to try and get staff into the call for some clarity. I tried solve this in QE but he wasn't seeing this as a rulebreak. In QE he first said that he attempted to pick me up to take me pillbox. Then he says he was attempting to pick me up to put me in the passenger seat to sit there while they do their bin run. However in the clip provided you can see that he only tries to pick me up when arriving to the Dumping spot. I find it hard to believe that he was trying to take me pillbox when the clip says elsewise

I am the person in question here, I punched you , you start swearing and calling me a clown , i stab you , my mate drives into scrap as there's a dead person on our truck, it wasn't to dump you originally. I try to pick you up to put you in the truck so you wouldn't fall off while we done some bins then took you to pillbox , you refused. I then decided to leave you at scrap.

Once you were off the truck you threaten me by saying "you sure you wanna do this bro" which made me want to leave you more to prevent repercussion. End of sit

We spoke in QE for some time. I apologised (many times) and agreed the sit could of been better, but i also added you brought that sit on your self. You agreed it was done by saying."im off , you do you bro"

A hour later you message me on discord asking me to join QE for staff to join, i wait some time and you continue to add stupid comments, telling me i was repeating my self (even though you were the one that asked me to QE again after going over it). And im "not the sharpest tool in the box".

You started the report as if you are a good Samaritan trying to help a new player which is a total lie, as you approached me regarding something totally different, and we spoke about our time in the city during QE.

Okay so seems like you've made up your mind now.
So you're telling me that you where gonna place me in the passenger seat to company you and your bin crew when doing your bin run, which would leave 2 of you on top of the bin truck since the passenger seat would be occupied with me incapacitated? Doesn't really make sense to me.


The second questionmark is when your friend says "take it off him and leave him **inaudible** "That really speaks for itself. He literally said take the phone and radio off him and leave him, and that is before you attempt to pick me up.


"my mate drives into scrap as there's a dead person on our truck" If i had a dead person on my bin truck and wanted to get him in the bin truck. I personally wouldn't go that far into scrapyard to "put someone in the truck"


Moving on. When I said "you sure you wanna do this?" I assumed you had seen my looc message which you can see me type in the clip. So I asked you sure you wanna do this? So you’re 100% certain on what's you’re doing. Why do I think that you saw my looc message? because you immediately replied in OOC when I asked to QE. So its not like you didn't see the purple text appear in the top left corner since you did pay attention to the normal white text in OOC asking to QE. But that's just a thought.


Moving on to the apologies. ( Said in QE )


I will type out one for example. "I'm sorry that its been a shit experience for you, See in the future mate just keep your mouth shut. “”You don't know what my character is in game bro" you then say things like: "I know you're butthurt that you've been dumped but it had to happen" "nothing is gonna change the situation bro" and "next time don't get involved" lastly i wanna mention the fact that you said “I can’t take that risk of letting you go to pillbox.” Which indicates a win mentality from your side. It’s also quite funny that you say that. because you did say you would take me pillbox after the bin run but in QE you say something else. Roleplaying in the city isn't always rainbow and sunshine and sometimes you have to provide quality RP and not make dumb and rapid decision just because it benefits your own roleplay experience. and the first QE conversation ended because you where obviously not understanding the wrongs you have made. Simple as that. I then text you back to try and get staff into the QE with us to get more clarity into this, and hopefully solve this without getting a report. We didn’t get a staff so you kept repeating same things from last QE call even tho I was pretty clear in dms that we’re joining QE for staff to listen to both of our sides. Im suprised you’re saying i added “stupid” comments when I said “you’re not the sharpest tool in the box when you’re yelling and cussing in a QE call” As QE is for solving things on an adult level. Which clearly you weren't in the mood for.

And I have no idea how you know what I was up to before even being at bins? Staff can prove that I did indeed meet a guy up at pillbox that wanted to rob people, and make money. So I took him to ammunition store etc etc. I even have clip of that but that’s not really relevant so I wont be providing that.

I dont agree with everything you have said regarding what we spoke about in QE.

I have gave my version of events and your clip shows everything that happened.

Best let staff have a look now and if I have been out of line I’ll take it on the chin and improve for next time.

So 2 things here, firstly the RDM claim, so, was there any quality RP provided here before 362 attacked? No, there was not, all he did is deny that it's him on tweedle. There is no demand, no order to back off etc, you just shout "fuck you" and attack. This is not quality RP, even if you have a reason why you want them dead, you have to provide quality RP, here you had a perfect chance to take the other player hostage, have some torture RP or plenty other solution. The one you chose is just bad and against the rules, provides no fun to the other side.

Now second thing, the OOC insults. To be honest what it looks like here is someone who cannot seperate in-game from out of character. I don't belive the line was crossed here, but one piece of advice @SteveMartin tone down the insults and provide some RP instead, or you will find yourself back here quite quickly.

There is one more thing i can see here, @D4D4 , you were down by another player, stabbed, just because you think it was a rulebreak does not mean that rules do not apply to you, you still have to roleplay your injuries. Here it looks more like you trying to argue that the other player broke rules while in-RP, that's a no., take this as a warning
