Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Modify vehicle message when flying above Bennys
Provide a full description of the bug: While flying above the new Benny's you get the message that you can modify your vehicle. When trying to modify it, it doesn't allow you due to it being a Heli, but the notification pops up either way.

I tried this at AE but did not seem to get the message there.

This was possible at the old TireNutz as well to allow trucks to use it
