Please (in detail) describe the incident: I am reporting an old member of our group for breaking RDM, NLR & Combat logging! we killed Reece Batz off from our group on the 8th of July! (Group decision) I have proof of us setting him on fire!

Over the last couple weeks I have come across Reece twice and each time has been a weird as his character shouldn't know who I am or what group I am with! The first time I saw Reece after killing him off was at the sanitation lot... I was sat in a truck and he walked up to the front of the truck and started flipping me off. not saying that is a rule break but he had no reason to do it and plenty of other people we're around that he could of done it to but only chose me. my group saw it and asked who he was (of course knowing who) but he didn't seem to follow the NLR rule and had some kind of grudge towards me (we could only think because of killing him) fast forward to 21/07/24 this morning I was doing bins with Jayden! while waiting for 2 other players to come join us... while talking to Paul "Reece" Jumps up and listens in our conversation. Paul is asking about Miners&Co and what we do at Vangelico etc and "Reece" starts talking about how he knows what we do and he "knows everything that happens" then proceeds to punch me and run away and fly's out!

Reece shouldn't know anything about what we do in our group but still seems to know after been set on fire and sitting at the bottom of the Alamo Sea

I contacted him on Discord asking if he could come to QE but he told me it wasn't him but got very annoyed and hostile with me for asking him to join QE

I believe he has broken said rules, NLR / RDM / COMBAT LOGGING!

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)
Mass RDM is a permanent ban
Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (e.g.. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

(G4.3) When you respawn and NLR applies:
Your character does not remember any of the previous roleplay situation.
Any feud your character had with their killer(s) is ended.
If your character respawns as an exit strategy from a relationship then the relationship dies with them.
Your character must not return to the location where you died/bled-out for at least 15 minutes.
Your character must not re-enter the situation that caused you to respawn and must excuse themselves from the situation if they accidentally enter it.

(C2.3) Combat logging
Permanent ban
Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to re-join the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

You've already said on the report what the footage will show? It will have to be posted on the report.

Morning, so after seeing the screenshots of the conversations between yourselves and the video. Ill be honest i think you two both just need to go your separate ways. That other chap is clearly IC and maybe even OOC annoyed about whats happened. However, what we cannot distinguish from this video is him actually remembering anything he shouldnt.

You do now know what he knows or has learned about your group since he was killed off from it and came back fresh. He might know things about the group OR he might be using his knowledge from before he died. However, we cannot say for certain which one it is so it is hard for us to act on anything because of that.

Him punching you, he did it once you all moved and he left i really would not say you can pinpoint as much as again it might look or actually be the case that he still holds a grudge from his previous death. That the punch was for that. It was a 1 and done thing.

I would suggest both parties just steer clear of each other and move on. Plenty of other RP opportunities in the city instead of going back to the select people you know.

So i will have to close this report down as from the evidence provided we cannot say for CERTAIN that he broke NLR there. In relation to the OOC messages, remember your playing characters here. At mo point should you be emotionally invested OOC. If you are, take a break. Its just a game. No need for OOC abuse.
