most of you have been swimming at some point and well im sure your aware you cant breathe underwater but what you can do is learn to hold your breath for longer periods of time. i believe you should be able to train your lung capacity by being underwater. pros - might help with escaping...

i wanna go swimming and maybe do some dodgy things underwater.  you never know when the police will turn up while fishing or obtaining powder i believe it would be a great addition.  RP scenarios like these would also give the police a use for their marine unit etc.  pros better and more...

i know its really convenient for everyone to bank their cash at an ATM but its not realistic, ATMs for withdrawing cash 100% ill have it.  but depositing cash i think we should only be able to do at an actual bank this makes this more realistic and gives people a reason to go inside a bank. ...
