Turn view distance completely off, it seems it doesn't actually do much. I noticed that the game heats up my CPU quite a lot more than other games as well.

Got it on PC and play with my two brothers. Combat is extremely fun & satisfying. Like Wolf said above, if you liked Dead Island then you will love this game. Spend most my time just hacking the sh*t out of zombies and seeing what limbs I can get off; you can get proper swarmed at times...

As a policeman, the whole fake name thing gets a bit boring, and that's why you get the fingerprint treatment. Personally I try to catch them out via parents names and such. The officer needs reasonable doubt to get the fingerprint in the first place. I tend to get shot when the RP doesn't go...

Tip: Don't go down the hatch in the abandoned boats you find, you wont be able to get back out... I found out the hard way.

Getting it tonight, going to play with my two brothers. Understand your concerns Wilco, been far to many disappointing survival games. I stopped buying them as well. However I feel Dying Light is more like Dead Island and more arcade like, should be a bit of fun.
