    Do you get any kick messages when trying to load into the game? Does it just kick you back to the server selection screen?

    I finally got in the server, minimized the game and it crashed

    Sounds like it could be an issue with your client, 

    try right clicking on ARMA 3 in your steam games library, clicking properties

    Then navigating to the "Local Files" tab at the top and press "Verify integrity of game files"

    This will take a few minutes to run through. Once it's done so, try connecting again, see if the problem persists.

    (I use a Steam theme, so it's likely your steam wont look quite the same as mine. All the buttons are in the same places though!)
