Just FYI regarding
The plebs have applied for multiple gang uniforms, namely the tracksuit and the stealth uniform. But we have been rejected on the basis that they provide an advantage (Even though they are available to everyone).
So I believe this suggestion is also directed towards the fact that at the moment, gang uniforms are meant to be a reward, but they are in fact a limitation in that you can't get the benefits afforded to every rebel if you choose to have a gang uniform.
