I was driving a car in kavala, then som random hobos are running out in the middle of the road. I ¨VDM'd¨ him so a admin or staff took me out for a little chat. He told me that i should read the rule before I continue play. I told him that I will, but didn't understand why. He told me that If I run away from him he will perm ban me. So here I am...
