remove streamer mode for faction freqs on radio

Detailed Suggestion:

remove the streamer mode on radio frequencies belonging to factions, makes it harder to switch to the correct freq unless you constantly remember what freq you are on

The Pros:

makes life easier for police that do stream aswell

The Cons:

don't think there's any, a part from suffering of devs

+1. No point the fraction freqs been hidden as people cant join them anyways unless they are police, g6 or NHS. You can also just check what freq people are on in the dispatch menu so what is the point in having them hidden, just makes it harder as we cant quick switch during pursuits unless we know what freq we currently are on
