i would argue that it makes sense that you can't make *everything* in a fast food van for a hotdog, i don't know of many places here in denmark atleast where they make anything from scratch(maybe except cutting onions and the like), would also bring more RP to other people as you'd need them to...

as one of the people that can actually change characters "on the fly" i can't comment on how many times i've switched characters and fallen through the map, spawned where another one of my character was or been in a room i wasn't meant to be in due to it lol if i could work the way 1A mentioned...

there isn't a lack of non legal groups owning shops, it actually far outweighs legal people owning places

in RP you are correct, but we are also a legal body outside of RP we don't really care much, if we cared enough we'd have a endless list of shops that we could take on the basis of "owner is crim" alone, be smart about how you do it and you'll be fine.
